Further to the increased number of Coronavirus cases in the UK over the past few days and the World Health Organization declaring the Coronavirus a pandemic on Wednesday, we wanted to assure you that as always, the Health, Safety and Well Being of our Operatives is our main concern – hence, we are monitoring the status of the Coronavirus infection very closely.
CJS Recruitment have put into place protocols in preparation for the spread of the virus to ensure our business will continue to run efficiently throughout this period. In the unlikely event that our office will close, all members of CJS will be able to work from home having access to their emails and access to answer the Head Office landline along with their mobile numbers ensuring all bookings will continue to be filled.
Please be assured that all Operatives working for us will be paid as normal from the Payroll Companies we use. We have spoken with The Guild who run the payroll for Self Employed Operatives, they have confirmed that there are systems in place to ensure all Operatives will receive their wages as normal. Any Operatives who are paid through our in house payroll company, CJS Payroll Services, will be paid as normal by our Accounts Teams.
